Latest dividend announcement NOVATEK’s AGM approved the payment of the final dividend in the amount of RR 5,313,535,500 or RR 1.75 per ordinary share (RR 17.5 per GDR). The interim dividend is payable 60 days after shareholder approval, to shareholders of record as of 22 March 2010.
