NOVATEK announces Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Moscow, 03 April 2008. OAO NOVATEK has announced that its Board of Directors has scheduled the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on 23 May 2008.

The date of record for the list of persons entitled to participate in the Company’s AGM is 10 April 2008. All relevant materials pertaining to the AGM as well as the time and location will be made available to shareholders of record through the appropriate notification channels.
