NOVATEK’s AGM Approves 2025 Dividends

Moscow, 1 April 2026.  PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) approved the total dividend payment for 2025. The total dividend distribution for 2025 will amount to RR 82.73 per ordinary share, including the interim dividends of RR 35.50 per ordinary share paid for the six months of 2025.

The shareholders of record as at 13 April 2026 will be entitled to receive dividends. The dividend is payable in cash not later than 20 May 2026.
