The Company has a vertically integrated OHS management system, which is part of the IMS and covers 100% of employees and contractors across all of NOVATEK’s business units.
Accidents, Incidents, Emergencies
In accordance with Russian and international standards, the Company assesses health and safety risks at all stages of project implementation. Risk analysis is carried out during project activities and at the design, operation, and decommissioning stages.
Work-Related Injuries
NOVATEK is committed to creating and maintaining a working environment that minimizes work-related risks of accidents and health hazards for personnel working at the Company’s operating facilities.
OHS Training
The Company conducts planned work on training in OHS, first aid, and industrial safety certification.
