NOVATEK Repays Ruble Bonds

Moscow, 19 May 2026. PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced today the Company has repaid the RUB 30 billion bond issue in accordance with the bonds maturity schedule. The ruble bonds were placed on the Moscow Exchange in May 2023 for a three-year term with a coupon rate of 9.1% per annum.
