NOVATEK Reports Preliminary Operating Data for the Second Quarter and First Half 2026

Moscow, 13 July 2026. PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) reported today preliminary operating data for the second quarter and first half 2026.

In the second quarter 2026, NOVATEK’s hydrocarbon production totaled 171.5 million barrels of oil equivalent (mmboe), including 21.65 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas and 3.52 million tons (mmt) of liquid hydrocarbons (gas condensate and crude oil), with the total hydrocarbons production increasing by 3.9 mmboe or by 2.3% year-on-year.

NOVATEK’s hydrocarbon production totaled 346.2 mmboe in the first half 2026, including 43.68 bcm of natural gas and 7.14 mmt of liquids, resulting in an increase in total hydrocarbons produced by 9.5 mmboe, or by 2.8% as compared to the first half 2025.

Preliminary total natural gas sales volumes, including volumes of LNG sold, in the second quarter and first half 2026 aggregated 18.1 and 39.4 bcm, respectively, resulting in an increase of 0.4% and a decrease of 0.3% as compared with the second quarter and first half 2025.

In the second quarter and first half 2026, the Company processed 3.3 and 6.7 million tons, respectively, of unstable gas condensate, representing an increase in processed volumes by 2.0% and 0.8%, as compared with the corresponding periods in 2025. In the second quarter and first half 2026, NOVATEK processed 1.7 and 3.8 million tons, respectively, of stable gas condensate, which was 14.8% and 10.2% lower as compared with the corresponding periods in 2025.

Preliminary total sales volumes of liquid hydrocarbons in the second quarter and first half 2026 aggregated 4.7 and 8.9 mmt, which was 0.2% and 3.5% lower than in the second quarter and first half 2025.

At 30 June 2026, NOVATEK had 0.7 bcm of natural gas, including LNG, and 1.3 mmt of stable gas condensate and petroleum products in storage or transit and recognized as inventory.
