NOVATEK Reports Preliminary Operating Data for the Third Quarter and Nine Months 2025

Moscow, 14 October 2025. PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) reported today preliminary operating data for the third quarter and nine months 2025.

In the third quarter 2025, NOVATEK’s hydrocarbon production totaled 161.4 million barrels of oil equivalent (boe), including 20.13 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas and 3.52 million tons of liquids (gas condensate and crude oil), resulting in a decrease in total hydrocarbons production by 2.0 million boe, or by 1.2% compared to the third quarter 2024.

In the nine months 2025, NOVATEK’s hydrocarbon production totaled 498.1 million boe, including 62.66 bcm of natural gas and 10.44 million tons of liquids, resulting in an increase in total hydrocarbons produced by 4.0 million boe, or by 0.8% as compared to the nine months 2024.

Preliminary total natural gas sales volumes, including volumes of LNG sold, in the third quarter and nine months 2025 aggregated 16.3 and 55.8 bcm, respectively, resulting in a decrease of 3.1% and 0.6% as compared with the third quarter and nine months 2024.

In the third quarter and nine months 2025, the Company processed 3.3 and 10.0 million tons, respectively, of unstable gas condensate, representing an increase in processed volumes by 4.7% and 2.5%, as compared with the corresponding periods in 2024. In the third quarter and nine months 2025, NOVATEK processed 1.6 and 5.8 million tons, respectively, of stable gas condensate, which was 18.1% lower and 13.5% higher as compared with the corresponding periods in 2024.

Preliminary total sales volumes of liquid hydrocarbons in the third quarter and nine months 2025 aggregated 4.5 and 13.7 mmt, respectively, which was 13.2% and 12.3% higher than in the third quarter and nine months 2024.

At 30 September 2025, NOVATEK had 2.1 bcm of natural gas, including LNG, and 1.2 mmt of stable gas condensate and petroleum products in storage or transit and recognized as inventory.
