Credit Ratings
PAO NOVATEK obtained credit ratings from three rating agencies, ACRA, and Expert RA and CSCI Pengyuan.
In 2018, the Expert RA rating agency assigned NOVATEK a credit rating at the ruAAA level (the highest national scale level). The rating was last confirmed in October 2025. The rating outlook is stable.
In October 2023, the ACRA rating agency for the first time assigned a credit rating to NOVATEK, at the highest national scale level AAA (RU). The rating was last confirmed in September 2025. The rating outlook is stable.
In July 2025, the Chinese rating agency CSCI Pengyuan assigned to NOVATEK a global scale credit rating of “A-i” and a China - national scale rating of “AAA”. The ratings were last confirmed in July 2026. Ratings outlook is stable.
