Supporting Education
For many years, NOVATEK has been developing a continuing education program – from school to university – to ensure a steady inflow of young talent with good theoretical knowledge and practical skills to the Company. In 2025, 64 students completed internships at the Company’s facilities, and 16 university graduates began their careers at NOVATEK.
NOVATEK’s career guidance efforts include shop-floor tours for school students to visit production facilities, helping them gain useful insights into the industry and related career paths. In 2025, the Company organized a trip for students from the village of Tazovsky to Tarko-Sale, where they visited a vocational college, toured its laboratories, and took part in hands-on workshops in skilled trades. The trip helped spark greater interest in vocational education, with some students deciding to enroll in college. By supporting educational projects and internship programs, NOVATEK develops its future talent pipeline and attracts high-potential professionals to the Company. The Natural Science Center was established in the Purovsky District of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region to foster school students’ interest in technical and natural sciences through hands-on activities and academic contests. In 2025, the Center had 850 students. By supporting educational projects and internship programs, NOVATEK develops its future talent pipeline and attracts high-potential professionals to the Company.
