HR risks assessment

To ensure effective HR management and timely address matters in this area, NOVATEK regularly monitors and assesses the Company’s HR risks, which are included in the Company Risk Map. For new projects, HR risks are assessed through Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) procedures.

To minimize the impact of these risks, NOVATEK continuously monitors all areas related to HR management and availability of human resources for the Company enterprises. Ongoing efforts in this area include building a skilled talent pool, ensuring occupational health and safety, protecting human rights, and other.
