NOVATEK has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination. Engaging with employees, the Company focuses on their professional qualities and disregards gender, age, race, religion, physical abilities, or political affiliation. NOVATEK adheres to this principle at all stages of labor relations.

Diversity matters are reviewed by the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors.

To prevent discrimination and to respond in a timely manner to such incidents, NOVATEK has in place grievance mechanisms, including an anonymous hotline.
